Since 2011, The Marco Polo Collection has provided vacation rental management in Puerto Rico from our San Juan office. We represent a select portfolio of fine vacation rental properties, combining hospitality experience, guest care, marketing, and on-the-ground oversight with a team that knows the homes and communities we represent.
For owners, that means having someone on the ground to manage the details, welcome and assist guests, and respond when a property needs attention.
The Marco Polo Collection represents premier properties in the top resort communities of Bahia Beach, Palmas del Mar, and Dorado, the latter of which is home to the beachfront Casa Carina.

- Guest communication and support: inquiries, special requests, check-in and check-out, and assistance throughout the stay.
- Cleaning and property readiness: professional turnover cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
- Property oversight: coordination with guests, service providers, building management, and other third parties when an issue arises.
- Vacation-rental setup guidance: practical advice on preparing a property for guest stays and efficient turnovers.
- Marketing and rental representation: Presentation of your property through The Marco Polo Collection and promoting it on leading vacation-rental platforms, while managing inquiries and the guest-facing reservation process.
- In-person support: Our San Juan-based team travels to properties throughout our service areas when something requires attention on site.
