On the property itself is a large amount of plants and trees, and this has the effect of turning it into a small oasis for birds and a multitude of coquí, a small tree frog almost invisible to the eye (it is the size of a small fingernail). The plants and trees help isolate any city noises, and the songs of the birds during the day and the coquís at night make you feel like you are in the countryside.
This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house is fully air conditioned and is tastefully decorated. It also features a terrace that invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Payment Policies
To confirm this booking a payment of 50% of the TOTAL PRICE is due within 1 day of initiation of this Agreement.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, must be fully settled 30 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed when this booking is initiated, then payment must be fully settled within 1 day of initiation of this Agreement. All payments must be settled in full before access to the property is provided to Guest.
